This private villa with swimming pool set in its own gardens, shadowed by tropical plants and flowers our villa accommodates a maximum of 4 people/guests sleeping in bedrooms + ( 2 infants/children (6 months to 2 years) that can sleep in cots
Two bedrooms, 1 with en-suite and a shower room. Two bedrooms are ground floor; one has French doors leading to the veranda. The master bedroom is upstairs with doors to a very large sunny terrace, where the views are of the Mar Menor. The lounge is spacious with a fireplace, and there is under-floor heating should it ever be required in winter. There is a separate dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with French doors leading to a terrace.
The villa is approx. 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Activities include water sports, sailing, diving, fishing, tennis, horse riding, golf and much more....
Walking distance to the Collados Beach Club Located in The Veneciola at the end of La Manga del Mar Menor. It is 4,600 m2 of unique land between the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. It is a private area offering an idyllic and protected atmosphere by the sea where you can swim, scuba dive or sail whilst enjoying a variety of leisure activities, lounge bar, restaurant, even a sun terrace, jacuzzi and swimming pool.
You can also enjoy fine food or light dining as this is one of the most attractive features of the beach club. The Lounge bar offers a simple variety of light bites, juices and cocktails and the restaurant offers a wide menu including delicious fish and shellfish plus fine Spanish wines
The Mar Menor (little sea) belongs to three other municipalities: San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar, and Cartagena. It is Europe’s largest saltwater lagoon which connects to the adjacent Mediterranean sea by several channels. The Mar Menor has a surface area of almost 20 km2. It is typically 2-4 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean sea which makes it a very popular destination for sailing, windsurfing, kiteboarding and many other other water sports.

Directions
La Manga del Mar Menor can be reached from Región de Murcia International Airport and Alicante El Altet (ALC) Airports. Car rental and taxis are available at both airports. The drive to La Manga takes 55 minutes from Murcia and 90 minutes from Alicante Airports.
Neighborhood
Along the full length of the La Manga Strip on both sides are beautiful beaches with golden sands, rocky outcrop. There are a number of small marinas many with water sport schools offering sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and jet-ski hire. The most impressive of these is the Tomas Maestre Marina where you can sit and admire the boats with a cold drink or meal or choose from the many boat trip options on offer around the Mar Menor
In Spanish "La Manga" means "the sleeve", and from a distance it looks like an arm stretching out across the Mediterranean. La Manga is a strip of land 22 kilometres in length with sandy beaches that run along both sides. The strip has an average width of 300m and stretches from the fishing village of Cabo de Palos in the south to San Pedro in the north. The strip acts as a barrier between the Mediterranean on one side, and the Mar Menor on the other.
The Mar Menor ("little sea" in Spanish) is Europes largest salt-water lagoon with calm, warm waters. It's popular with people who enjoy water sports such as wind-surfing and kite-surfing. Scuba-diving is also a popular sport in La Manga and there's a range of diving schools catering for everyone, whether you're a beginner or a pro. One of the most popular dives is the dive around Isla Grosa, which takes you through the beautiful quartz caves.
Near La Manga is the Calblanque Nature Reserve, a protected area since 1987 and a nature reserve since 1992, and one of the last untouched areas on the Mediterranean coast. Even today it remains a site of unrivalled natural beauty.
The nearest cities to La Manga are Cartegena and Murcia. The closest towns are Los Belones, Cabo de Palos, Los Nietos and Mar de Cristal.

Policies
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. A £115.50.00 GBP reservation deposit including £15.50 booking fee is required to confirm a booking and secure your dates ,, 25% of the rental cost is payable within 4 weeks of booking and the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival together with a £200.00 GBP refundable damage deposit
Upon request our housekeeper can arrange to have ready for your arrival, welcome packs containing, tea/coffee/sugar/milk/ham/juice/cheese/butter etc
The person who makes or pays for the booking must be at least 25 years old.
We reserve the right to refuse all female or male groups, stag and hen parties
The property owner is under no obligation to honour a reservation if the number of guests exceeds the stated maximum occupancy. As such, any reservations where the number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy are subject to cancellation and the forfeiture of the money paid. If upon arrival there are more guests than the property allows, the property owner may choose to cancel the reservation and any monies paid will be forfeited.

Check-in is from 16.00 and departure by 10.00. (These times may be flexible).
To guarantee a late check out from the property you will need to book and pay for an additional nights stay, which will allow you to stay in the property until your departure for the airport.
If you prefer you can wait until you are in resort and speak with the property managers directly.
Generally a late checkout can only be confirmed a few days before your scheduled departure as it depends on whether an arrival is expected in to the property and whether cleaning schedules can be organised to accommodate. This is granted at the property manager's discretion and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
Depending on the number of extra hours required a small fee will apply.

Final Cleaning and Linen Hire Charge:- £110.00 GBP or 130.00 Euros which is based on 1 to 6 people should there be any additional persons staying the final exit cleaning fee will be 160.00 Euro this payable on arrival to the house keeper for cleaning, bed linen and towels. #54. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
The house is nice and clean, it had everything needed. The swimming pool was the highlight of the stay, especially for the kids! It is very private, surrounded from all sides by greenery and high fence.
The house is two minutes walk to the sandy beach of the lagoon, which is very quiet in the mornings, with the sea being shallow and safe for at least 10 meters. Shop are only five minutes away. The area is very nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
#42. The villa is exactly as reflected in the advert ... amazing
The garden is beautiful and well kept and the pool is huge. inside the house there is everything to spend a vacation without missing anything (complete kitchenware, dishwasher, air conditioning in all rooms ...). The Mar Menor beach is two steps away and the Mediterranean beach about 10 min.
The only negative note is the amount of insects that were due the Covid-19 lock down this year the city council has neither fumigated nor pruned all the surrounding vegetation. We notified Tony and he immediately contacted a company to solve the problem.
If we can, we will repeat next summer

This was a new location for us - and we will definitely return! The villa was just perfect. The quality of the accommodation and the friendly and professional service provided by Tony & Hayley (managers) was exceptional.
From the initial booking and throughout our holiday, Tony and Hayley were on hand to provide assistance if required.
Unfortunately we had an accident in the villa during our stay, but this was dealt with efficiently and without fuss by Tony.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard (including UK TV & WiFi), and has everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The garden and swimming pool area are probably the most pleasant (and best kept) we’ve experienced in over 30 years of renting villas.
Shops, restaurants and the beach are all within walking distance if required. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Manga, and would highly recommend it.

#21. Spacious, clean and tidy and well equipped
Would definitely recommend this accommodation, it is very spacious, clean and tidy and well equipped. We wanted a quiet week, where we could relax and chill out and this definitely ticked all the boxes. The hosts were fantastic, meeting us on time for arrival and departure
Also very impressed deposit was put back into our bank account the same day we left :-) always good to know (we've previously had problems with that, but this was very quick and efficient) would definitely go back again
#16. Great family holiday
Perfect relaxing getaway for a lazy family holiday. House very up to spec, garden area and pool beautiful and well equipped . Area has plenty of cafes, shops and a fantastic restaurant 5mins walk away, escuela de Pieter.
I would recommend a car. Whilst not essential, this house is right at the end of the strip and moving about on the strip was very much easier having a car.
It also enables you to get out and about to watermark, Cartagena, la manga club ..things that would have been difficult without one. We would certainly recommend .
Weather perfect and wonderful heat tempered by by the fantastic breeze permanently coming in off the Med.

We wanted a week break out of the school holidays and was blessed with good weather all week, we all played in the pool everday, sunbathed, day trips out, etc.
