The Los Miradores Del Puerto development is located in a prime spot on the popular La Manga strip; overlooking the Puerto Thomas Maestre marina & with views out across the Mar Menor & Mediterranean seas. The community is just a short walk to the beach & is conveniently located for access to shops & other amenities views overlooking Marina & Mar Menor, With the Mediterranean Sea and great stretches of beach just a few minutes’ walk away, combined with a large pool and shallow children's pool this is a perfect sun-soaking relaxing location.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes , a fitted kitchen with granite tops, 2 bathrooms with bath, shower,wc and bidet, The balcony looks straight out over the marina and the Mar Menor and mountains beyond. There are 3 restaurants within a short walk and the Tomas Maestra Marina is just 15 -20 minutes’ walk with lots of restaurants and bars.
The Puerto Thomas Maestre marina is very beautiful and offers an excellent range of bars and restaurants offering many type of cuisine with its ‘café lifestyle’, bars and restaurants around the exciting Marina and flanked by many restaurants including French, Greek, Mexican and of course Spanish restaurants have contributed to the areas cosmopolitan reputation
From the marina there is ferry service operating across the Mar Menor from to Santiago de Ribera with its permanent street market on Wednesdays, The ferry operates approximately a two hourly service and takes 20 minutes

The beaches along La Manga Strip are simply outstanding beauty. The Murcia area is host to many beaches of wonderful warm clear waters including the Mar Menor, Europes largest lagoon. Due to the Mar Menor lagoon being so shallow at a depth of only 7 metres at its deepest point, it means during the summer the water becomes very warm. Swimming during the evenings is a possibility and with miles of sandy beaches that are mostly blue flag, theres enough room for everyone Mostly families with children come to the La Manga because of its fabulous beaches of which there are close to fifty of them.
The best place to take small children on the Costa Calida is the Mar Menor. This lagoon is calm and fairly shallow as well as a few degrees warmer than the neighbouring Mediterranean Sea.

The apartments at Los Miradores Del Puerto La Manga del Mar Mneor are 45 minutes drive from the local airport of Murcia International Airport (RMU) which is becoming more and more popular with the low cost airlines (Ryanair, Jet2, Flybe, Easyjet) from several locations in the UK. Alicante is 1hr 20 mins drive and the new Murcia airport at Corvera will open late 2011 which will bring more tourists to the region.

The Los Miradores del Puerto Complex is situated in La Manga, close to the Marina Tomas Maestre harbour and just a short walk from the beach. The self-catering apartments have 2 bedrooms containing fully equipped kitchens and air conditioning.
La Manga offers activities for all and also peace and quiet for those wanting to get away from it all. The La Manga area surrounds the warm, shallow waters of the Mar Menor lagoon. Over 20 km long and 8 km wide, the Mar Menor and its beaches offer fantastic beaches for water sports and sunbathing.

Policies
Check-in is from 16.00 and departure by 10.00. (These times may be flexible).
To guarantee a late check out from the property you will need to book and pay for an additional nights stay, which will allow you to stay in the property until your departure for the airport.
If you prefer you can wait until you are in resort and speak with the property managers directly.
Generally a late checkout can only be confirmed a few days before your scheduled departure as it depends on whether an arrival is expected in to the property and whether cleaning schedules can be organised to accommodate. This is granted at the property manager's discretion and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
Depending on the number of extra hours required a small fee will apply.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 Adults + ( 2 children that can sleep on a sofa bed )
Bookings can be made to and from any day of the week. An additional charge based on 1 - 4 people is payable locally to cover the laundry/towel set up and final departure cleaning of the apartment and daytime Meet and Greet service, irrespective of the length of the booking
• 5th and 6th person using sofa bed - €10
Our Meet & Greet service means all guests are personally met and handed the keys for all daytime arrivals. If your arrival is after 10pm but before 11pm €25 is payable locally.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. The balance is due 8 weeks before travel. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking the full amount is required to be paid.
