Q: Can you organize transfers from the airport to the apartment/villa and return?

Yes we have dedicated drivers who will meet you at the Región de Murcia International Airport to La Manga ,This can be pre-booked and paid for at the same time as booking your holiday accommodation or you can just pay the driver directly when you arrive

Q: Where do we pick the keys up from for our booked apartment/villa ?

When you arrive, your key holder will meet you, show you around, explain how things work, answer your questions and give you the key. Because Apartments/villas do not have a front desk like a hotel, it is important to arrive on schedule and telephone the key holders to re-arrange your check-in at the property

Q: How do we receive directions to the apartment or villa?

We have made everything as easy as possible and all the driving directions can be found on our website. If you bring up the property you have booked and scroll down you will see the 'Google direction' click through button. Click this and the directions will pop up, you can tick the view as map button and can print the directions as well.

Q: What time can we arrive and leave the property?

Check-in time is from 16.00 hrs 24.00 hrs –  (unless agreed to in writing) early access before 4pm can only be granted if the property is ready and guests have not departed the same day

For arrivals between 22.00 hrs & 23.00 hrs or departures before 7am (at/from the property) there is a charge of 25 Euro’s payable on arrival to the person that meets you with the keys

For arrivals after 23.00 hrs - 24.00hrs (at the property) there is a charge of 45 Euro’s payable on arrival to the person that meets you with the keys *** Please note there is no check-in service or key hand over service after 24.00 hrs  - 07.00hrs the next morning

Your property will normally be available from 16.00 hrs. If you have an early arrival time it is often possible to leave your luggage in the property and enjoy the pool and other facilities while the property is prepared for you, unfortunately we can only advise this on the day of arrival due to cleaning schedules

Check-out time is from 7.00am - 10am (unless agreed to in writing) if you require a later check-out you might be able to reserve the property for an additional cost ( please ask as early as possible and only available if there are no guests arriving the same day )

Late check-outs if not pre-booked will be granted upon request only and can be arranged through the key holders ( but are subject to availability ).

Q: What happens when I have paid for my holiday?

Once payment has been received you will receive a booking confirmation email detailing the apartment/villa with address and stating amount of holiday and amount paid. You will also see on the booking confirmation your booking reference number, .

You will also receive the  keys holders contact details who will meet you on the day of arrival

Q: How much do I have to pay for my holiday and when?

We have a strict rule on payment that states if you will arrive at the property within 8 weeks of booking then the full balance needs to be paid. If you book for a holiday the following year we would require a deposit of £115.00 GBP with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

Q: How can I pay for my villa?

We have several available payment methods:

  1. Debit card through PayPal
  2. Credit card through PayPal
  3. PayPal.
  4. Bank transfer.

Q: Will there be any essentials like tea, coffee or water available in the property?

Q: Can you arrange cots and high chairs for my children?

Yes we can arrange cots, high chairs and even camp beds. The costs for these are as follows:

  1. Cot – £10.00 or 10.00 Euro per week
  2. High Chair – £10.00 or 10.00 Euro per week

Q: Is cleaning included in the price and if so how often?

The cleaning is not included in the rental price

A one-time Mandatory Final Departure Cleaning/Linen Hire Charge will be charged per reservation. This fee varies based on the individual holiday rental property, this can be pre-paid with making the booking or paid on arrival in the local currency

Q: Can you arrange car hire?

Yes we have a great relationship with Car Trawler who sources the best deals daily. We have a tab on the home page titled 'Car Hire' so you can get a quote and book your car online. Once booked you will receive an email explaining where to pick up your car it's as easy as that.

Q: Do you supply Bed Linen & Towels?

Yes . 1 Set of bed linen (sheets and blankets or duvets) and bath & hand towels are provided in your accommodation, but you will need to take your own beach or pool towels unless informed otherwise. Alternatively beach towels may be hired at a cost of £6.00 or 6.00 euro which may be pre-booked or paid on arrival

While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property and used by the pool or at the beach, any stains on towels or bed linen may be charged for.

Q: Is smoking or pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is NOT allowed within the apartment or villa. Smoking is possible on balconies and terraces

We DO NOT allow pets If the owners are informed of a breach of either of these conditions, a deduction from the Security deposit will be made.

Q: What is a final cleaning fee?

The final cleaning fee is a surcharge that all property owners add for linen, towels and the departure cleaning of the apartment or villa upon 

It varies in cost from the size of the property, This does not mean that the apartment or villa can be left in a mess! You are still required to throw away all trash, leave the dishes clean, the refrigerator empty, and all furniture on their original place!

Q: Is it allowed to invite extra guests during my stay?

Depending on the maximum amount of guests specified in the property description, you may invite guests. However, the number of guests should however never exceed the maximum amount stated in the property description.

We reserve the right to refuse all female or male groups, stag and hen parties,

If upon arrival there are more guests than the property allows, the property owner or manager may choose to cancel the reservation and any monies paid will be forfeited

Q: What about mosquitos and insects in the apartment/ villa?

Mosquitoes, ants, cockroaches and other insects are endemic in Spain

You can use spray and cream as an extra protection. We strongly advise that you also bring your own repellants should you be particularly concerned.

Rubbish is not to be left to accumulate inside of the property or on the terrace/gardens as this will attract ants/cockroaches and other unwanted insects, please place all rubbish/refuse in the green bins located in the street, please throw all your rubbish out on a daily basis.

Do your best to not to let daily trash sit for too long in the property. That means prompt and proper disposal of all rubbish/refuse, Food left in a garbage bags can & will attract ants and cockroaches in droves

Please sweep/mop kitchen and bathroom floors at least once a day, to pick-up dropped food crumbs that could attract ants and cockroaches. Insect powders and sprays can be bought in any of the supermarkets .

Q: Is smoking allowed at the apartment/villa?

All villas/apartments prohibit smoking in any indoor areas. However, there are many outdoor areas at the properties where guests are allowed to smoke.

Q: Which is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Region de Murcia International Airport – RMU which is just 55 minutes away. There are many low cost airlines that go to Murcia including Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2.

You can also fly into Alicante Airport (1 hour 55 minutes )

Q: What is a security/damage deposit for?

A refundable/damage security deposit must be paid with the balance of the rental costs. This is simply an insurance against damage or breakage in the property. It is fully refundable up to 7/10 days after departure, once the supervisor is satisfied that the property is in order .
