This luxury penthouse apartment has a communal pool and just a few minutes’ walk from the Sandy Beaches of the Polígono de la Veneciola Mar Menor & Mediterranean. Offers 1 double bedroom with en-suite, and two twin bedrooms, All 3 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

Luz Bahia apartments are is within 45 minutes drive of Murcia Airport, next to the town of San Javier.

In the immediate local area there is a bakery, supermarket, chemist, restaurants and Irish pub. The excellent Veneziola beach on the shore of the Mar Menor is less than a two minute walk away. With temperatures on average 5 degrees warmer than the Med. It is often described as the biggest natural leisure pool in the world.

This apartment is situated on the Top Floor of the Luz Bahia (Light Bay) development, at La Manga del Mar Menor. The area enjoys the Mar Menor (Little Sea) on one side, the Mediterranean on the other, and in the distance are the salt lakes of the San Pedro Del Pinatar Nature Reserve, a paradise for bird life.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking the full amount is required to be paid.

SECURITY BOND:
£100 security bond required with the balance of the rental cost. Refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject to inspection) once the keys have been safely returned to us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment.
