Holiday rental villa in La Manga Del Mar Menor , The villa is located in a very peaceful area of La Manga strip (Veneziola) offering complete privacy, yet only five minutes away from the excitement of the holidaymakers on the La Manga strip, ideally situated just 2 minutes walk walking distance to the beach and a 5 minutes drive or bus ride to Tomas Maestre marina that offers an excellent range of bars and restaurants offering many type of cuisine with its ‘café lifestyle’, bars and restaurants around the exciting Marina and flanked by many restaurants including French, Greek, Mexican and of course Spanish restaurants have contributed to the areas cosmopolitan reputation

Just a short walk brings you the new Veneziola Golf is an attractive 9 hole pitch & putt course, located at the tip of the La Manga strip, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor lagoon. It is in a fantastic spot, and provides some challenges as the wind plays a vital role in your game. The Club house has a bar and coffee shop with fantastic views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the golf course.

This private villa with swimming pool set in its own gardens, shadowed by tropical plants and flowers offers: Three double bedrooms, two with en-suite and a further bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are ground floor; one has French doors leading to the veranda. The master bedroom is upstairs with doors to a very large sunny terrace, where the views are of the Mar Menor. The lounge is spacious with a fireplace, and there is under-floor heating should it ever be required in winter. There is a separate dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with French doors leading to a terrace.

The villa is approx. 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Activities include water sports, sailing, diving, fishing, tennis, horse riding, golf and much more....

We understand how important it is for you to be able to take your holiday when you want; we aim to be as flexible as possible with regard to duration of stay and arrival/departure dates.

For holidays of any other duration an estimate will be given based on the pro-rata weekly rate

Flights are often less expensive during weekdays and allows you better choice with flights, so we are happy to accommodate arrival and departure on any day of the week. Please check availability.

• Final Cleaning and Linen Hire Charge:- 90.00 Euros which is based on 6 people should there be any additional persons staying the final exit cleaning fee will be 120.00 Euro this payable on arrival to the house keeper for cleaning, bed linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels,

• WIFI /ADSL internet access is available upon request at 20€ per week please pre-book and pay locally on arrival to our house keepers

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking the full amount is required to be paid.

SECURITY BOND:
£200 security bond required with the balance of the rental cost. Refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject to inspection) once the keys have been safely returned to us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the villa

The descriptive name of La Manga ("the sleeve") refers to an interesting geographical layout which has become one of the symbols that best identifies the coast of Murcia as a tourist resort: a chain that stretches along approximately 24 km from Cabo de Palos to the Punta del Mojón, and is the natural limit of the salt water lake known as the Mar Menor.

Originally, what is now known as La Manga del Mar Menor was a bay open to the Mediterranean; at either end, volcanic reefs gradually held back the sand and sediment that was dragged along by the sea currents to form a sandy column of dunes and rock vegetation and long beaches in contact with two seas: the Mediterranean and the Menor. La Manga is a narrow piece of land with a width that varies between 30 m and 500m. It is cut off by natural channels that keep the two seas in contact with each other; the so-called golas allow water from the Mediterranean into the lake. As such, the space was untouched until the 60s, when La Manga was discovered as a tourist resort and underwent a transformation which included the urbanisation of the area and the construction of tourist infrastructures.
