The apartment consist of 1 double bedroom with en-suite, A further 2 bedrooms with twin beds ,All 3 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes .

There is main family bathroom consisting of bath (with shower), bidet, wash basin, with illuminated mirror, and toilet. The second bathroom is an en-suite facility to the master bedroom consists of toilet, shower and washbasin (with illuminated mirror).

The kitchen is a ‘galley’ style and is fully fitted, with fridge/freezer, oven & hob with extractor, kettle and toaster, dining and cooking utensils ,

The Las Gondolas complex has a bakery, pub and supermarket on its doorstep. Within 2 mins walk you can find 5 restaurants and another supermarket as well as a tapas bar. Water sports surround you with a windsurfing club within 4 mins walk, pedaloes,canoes on the beach and sunbeds/shades to hire. There is also a new pitch and putt nine holf golf course and range open within 5 minutes walk.

Las Gondolas is located just 40m from the Mar Menor & Mediterranean, just a short walk brings you the new Veneziola Golf a 9 hole par 3 Golf course ,

Situated at the sandy Veneziola beach in a prime location for those that like to sunbathe on the Mar Menor Beach, south facing and with over 330 sunny days in the year, between the warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor and the blue Mediterranean, close to the new marina.

There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants within the complex, including a supermarket and bakers, making this a perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday any time of the year and a school of sailing & restaurant known as Club Vela International The Most unique spot on the shoreline of the Mar Menor.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking the full amount is required to be paid.

SECURITY BOND:
£100 security bond required with the balance of the rental cost. Refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject to inspection) once the keys have been safely returned to us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment.

The Mar Menor is the largest of it's kind in Europe stretching across 170km2. The Mar Menor is separated from the rest of the Mediterranean by a narrow strip of land known as La Manga. La Manga is one of the known sport resorts along the coastline of Spain and is 22km long and in some places no more than 100 metres wide.

The waters of Mar Menor are approximately 5 degrees warmer than the surrounding Mediterranean Sea, making the beaches in the Mar Manor very popular with holidaymakers.
