The Los Miradores del Puerto complex is located in a prime spot on the popular La Manga strip; overlooking the Thomas Maestre marina & with views out across the Mar Menor & Mediterranean seas. The community is just a short walk to the beach & is conveniently located for access to shops & other amenities views overlooking Marina & Mar Menor,

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 1 double-sized sofa bed in the lounge, a fitted kitchen with granite tops, 2 bathrooms with bath, shower,wc and bidet. The balcony looks straight out over the marina and the Mar Menor and mountains beyond. After a busy day sightseeing or sunbathing we try out one of the many restaurants on the strip and taste the delights of this wonderful region. There are 3 restaurants within a short walk and the Tomas Maestra Marina is just 10 minutes walk with lots of restaurants and bars. There are long stretches of unspoilt beaches, a great place to unwind

There is a supermarket, which sells everything from freshly baked bread to inflatable dolphins just over the road, there are little spanish bars, pasta and pizzaria again just over the road. The beach on the Mediterranean just stretches on and on for miles.

There is a little beach bar at the beach on the Mar Menor around a 500m walk, but well worth it for a day on the beach. The bar serves lovely food and icecreams at very cheap prices and you can take the muds!.
If you are feeling brave or mad enough you can plaster yourself in sticky black clay and improve your skin. It takes years off you so no need for a make over, but it is so good if you want to get a sun tan

Apartment 3i & 3j id29 are adjacent apartments, with there own private hall and entrance should you wish to make a group booking or large family groups. Sleeping capacity of up to 12 people

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking the full amount is required to be paid.

SECURITY BOND:
£100 security bond required with the balance of the rental cost. Refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject to inspection) once the keys have been safely returned to us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment.

CALBLANQUE NATURE RESERVE (LA MANGA)
Just south of La Manga, this has been a protected natural area since 1987 and nature reserve since 1992, Calblanque is an amalgamation of wonderful sand beaches, sandbanks, arid hills, cliff tops and salt flats all of great ecological value. This Nature Reserve represents one of the last untouched areas along the Mediterranean coastline.

CARTEGENA
At the southern end of the Costa Blanca, this ancient naval town is set in a magnificent sheltered bay. The best views can be obtained from the Castle la Concepcion in the Parque Torres. Keep an eye out for "La Linterna" an ancient lighthouse. Other interesting sights are the Gran Hotel, the Arsenal, the Town Hall the Casa Cervantes, the City Walls, the Palace of Pedreno and also the Isaac Perals submarine. Several festivals are held here during the year. The most notable of these is a Roman vs Carthaginian re-enactment of the battles that took place here in years gone by. Several Roman antiquities survive in this city, which is well worth a visit.

MURCIA
Is a modern commercial city and is well worth a visit to see its monuments and for shopping. The cathedral is a favourite as is the Roman Theatre, the Palace Almundi, Paseo de Malecon, the Casino Ballroom, Santa Catalina Square, the Episcopal Palace, the City hall and last but not least the wonderful Esplanade de Espana.

CARAVACA DE LA CRUZ
This is one of the World's 5 holy cities (including Jerusalem and Rome) and is situated in the heart of the beautiful Murcian countryside. At it's centre is the magnificent church that is surrounded by the knights templar fortress. Caravaca is a fascinating place to explore and is just one hour from the coast.
