The accommodation is ideally suited to families with older children or small groups of friends of up to 4 people who appreciate stunning sea view and comfort with space, this Luxury apartment with stunning sea views is located between to 2 beaches, The Mediterranean on one side and the warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor on the other.

The apartment has a Large balcony looking to the mar menor with stunning views and sun sets over the Mar Menor that can rival any in the Caribbean. Both seas offer the ideal location for water sports, wind surfing and jet ski hire is available within a 2 minute walk in the summer

There are bars and restaurants within a short walking distance of the apartments together with a choice of water sports; water skiing, wind surfing, boat trips and sailing. There are beaches on both sides, the Mediterranean on one side with the Mar Menor on the other.

The Mediterranean sandy beach is lovely to walk along during the day or night as the evenings in this part of the world are often warm. Or you could sun bathe on the generous balcony that benefits from the sun late into the evening. If you’ve had a hard day playing water sports or walking along the sandy beaches why not relax in one of the two Jacuzzi’s with a bottle of wine or champagne!

If you want to keep active on your holiday the well appointed gym boasts weights, running machines & sauna. The nearby Tomas Maestre Marina is definitely the place to ‘hang out’ on your holiday. The views from the harbour are to die for! There are few places in the world where you could feel more chilled whilst enjoying a meal or sharing drinks with family or friends.

Relaxing in your apartment in the evening you are able to watch the sun set into the sea with beautiful reds and oranges filling the sky!

The weather in La Manga boasts one of the best climates in Spain. During the summer months the resort is busy. During the other months it is much quieter; however it is a beautiful place to be any time of the year.

It is not necessary to have a car as there is a local bus service which runs on the hour to the Tomas Maestre Marina with its bars, restaurants and fashion boutiques. However if you would like to visit the nearby cities of Murcia or Cartagena and see the delightful towns bordering the Mar Menor, hiring a car is recommended.

The best way to discover the beauty of Murcia and its surrounding area is by car. Arranging to collect a hire car on arrival at either Alicante or Murcia airport gives the visitor instant freedom to explore, whether traveling inland to discover the unspoilt villages and towns, or searching for the perfect beach.

At the northern end of La Manga there are long stretches of quiet, deserted beaches. The marina at the Puerto Tomas Maestre is excellent for family holidays with safe beaches, ferry trips and plenty of boats. The family friendly restaurants offer excellent value for money

From the marina there is ferry service operating across the Mar Menor from to Santiago de Ribera with its permanent street market on Wednesdays, The ferry operates approximately a two hourly service and takes 20 minutes. Bicycles are permitted on board for a small extra charge

During the summer, the beaches offer a variety of water sports, sailing, powerboat trips and scuba diving. 20 minutes from La Manga Golf Club

We understand how important it is for you to be able to take your holiday when you want; we aim to be as flexible as possible with regard to duration of stay and arrival/departure dates.

For holidays of any other duration an estimate will be given based on the pro-rata weekly rate

Flights are often less expensive during weekdays and allows you better choice with flights, so we are happy to accommodate arrival and departure on any day of the week. Please check availability.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking the full amount is required to be paid.

SECURITY BOND:
£100 security bond required with the balance of the rental cost. Refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject to inspection) once the keys have been safely returned to us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment.
