This Luxury designer beachside 7th floor apartment located on the exclusive Playa Principe complex in La Manga Del mar Menor is ideally suited for couples and families alike who enjoy unadulterated luxury beachside holidays at affordable prices. You can swim in the warm waters of the Mediterranean as well as the Mar Menor or in the private pool area.

There are Water sports, Jet Skiing, Sailing, Golf, Fishing, Diving, or you can just relax and enjoy the beautiful beach directly in front of the apartment

Urbanización Playa Principe located in a prime position on the La Manga strip about 1km from the Tomas Maestre marina (largest on the Mar Menor). There is a commercial centre along the entrance to the marina with shops, supermarket, banks and the marina itself is very beautiful and offers an excellent range of bars and restaurants offering many types of cuisine from French, Greek, and Mexican and of course Spanish restaurants have contributed to the areas cosmopolitan reputation.

At the northern end of La Manga there are long stretches of quiet, deserted beaches. The marina at the Puerto Tomas Maestre is excellent for family holidays with safe beaches, ferry trips and plenty of boats. The family friendly restaurants offer excellent value for money

From the marina there is ferry service operating across the Mar Menor from to Santiago de Ribera with its permanent street market on Wednesdays, The ferry operates approximately a two hourly service and takes 20 minutes. Bicycles are permitted on board for a small extra charge

During the summer, the beaches offer a variety of water sports, sailing, powerboat trips and scuba diving. 20 minutes from La Manga Golf Club

We understand how important it is for you to be able to take your holiday when you want; we aim to be as flexible as possible with regard to duration of stay and arrival/departure dates.

For holidays of any other duration an estimate will be given based on the pro-rata weekly rate

Flights are often less expensive during weekdays and allows you better choice with flights, so we are happy to accommodate arrival and departure on any day of the week. Please check availability.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking the full amount is required to be paid.

SECURITY BOND:
£100 security bond required with the balance of the rental cost. Refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject to inspection) once the keys have been safely returned to us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment.

This is truly a magnificent place for families and couples alike. The apartment is located within 5 minutes walking distance of the very Cosmopolitan Mar Menor Marina with its vast array of high class restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks etc. If beach walking is your interest then you can walk for hours on the beautiful beaches from just outside of the apartment. Within a short drive is the world famous La Manga Golf Club Resort where many of the worlds International football teams use the facilities. The beautiful historic town of Cartagena and the bustling capital city of Murcia are also within a short drive where the Spanish culture is still at it's best.. Also if traditional Spain interests you, at the end of the strip there is Cablo de Palos a small fishing village, with its vast array of excellent fish restaurants. Santiago de Ribera can be reached by the 2 hourly ferry service which takes about 20 minutes from the Marina. Spanish culture and cuisine at its very best

The Mar Menor (or 'small sea') located on the Costa Calida, is the largest natural saltwater lagoon in Europe and waters sustain temperatures of approximately 17 degrees centigrade average per year. It is a unique spot offering clean water with peaceful, tide- free bathing on pleasant shores, whatever the time of year.

The Mar Menor was created a little over 1000 years ago. Originally a safe little bay, offering shelter for even large ships, it became a natural lagoon when sediments from the sea built up on a small underwater mountain range and closed off the inlet with a sandbar. On its Western side is mainland Spain , and on its Eastern side is La Manga de Mar Menor, a strip of land known as the la manga strip
