The Los Miradores Del Puerto development is located in a prime spot on the popular La Manga strip; overlooking the Puerto Thomas Maestre marina & with views out across the Mar Menor & Mediterranean seas. The community is just a short walk to the beach & is conveniently located for access to shops & other amenities views overlooking Marina & Mar Menor, With the Mediterranean Sea and great stretches of beach just a few minutes’ walk away, combined with a large pool and shallow children's pool this is a perfect sun-soaking relaxing location.


The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes , a fitted kitchen with granite tops, 2 bathrooms with bath, shower,wc and bidet, The balcony looks straight out over the marina and the Mar Menor and mountains beyond. There are 3 restaurants within a short walk and the Tomas Maestra Marina is just 15 -20 minutes’ walk with lots of restaurants and bars.


The Puerto Thomas Maestre marina is very beautiful and offers an excellent range of bars and restaurants offering many type of cuisine with its ‘café lifestyle’, bars and restaurants around the exciting Marina and flanked by many restaurants including French, Greek, Mexican and of course Spanish restaurants have contributed to the areas cosmopolitan reputation


From the marina there is ferry service operating across the Mar Menor from to Santiago de Ribera with its permanent street market on Wednesdays, The ferry operates approximately a two hourly service and takes 20 minutes

Apartment 3J & 3I (id26) are adjacent apartments, with there own private hall and entrance should you wish to make a group booking or large family groups. Sleeping capacity of up to 12 people

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking the full amount is required to be paid.

SECURITY BOND:
£100 security bond required with the balance of the rental cost. Refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject to inspection) once the keys have been safely returned to us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment.
