The Apartment is Spread over two levels with a spacious lounge with wood burning stove and air conditioning with superb views over the Marina, master bedroom en suite with double doors to terrace, the other two bedrooms also open onto terrace, sofa bed in lounge for extra accommodation if required. Widescreen TV with satellite and DVD player and a selection of movies.

The terrace has a table and chairs for dining or just relaxing. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer and oven and hob and microwave.


The rooftop solarium is fully equipped with furniture and has a built in bbq and bar with a handy shower for cooling off.

The views from the solarium are spectacular, the Mediterranean and Mar Menor Seas surround the area and the popular Thomas Maestre Marina with its bars and shops can be seen a short distance away.

Neighborhood

La Manga del Mar Menor is a 21km strip of coastline length extending from Cabo de Palos to the natural park of Las Salinas in San Pedro del Pinatar. With a width between 100 and 1200m separates the Mediterranean from the Mar Menor and after urbanization in the second half of the twentieth century is a major tourist center in the Region of Murcia. In this area there are a wide range of beaches.

The waters of the Mar Menor are internal and protected from temporary and strong currents, which has created a unique ecosystem. The conditions prevailing in the area are excellent for practicing various activities, all water sports, biking, golf, walking tours to explore the paths along the coast, stroll through the various street markets in the area etc
